Fling Those Files for Free Recycled Paper
Author: Ryan Collins
A Fling can be fun and easy and it's a great way to de-clutter.
Paper is the largest contributor to solid waste generated by workplaces and although Australians recycle about 68% of the paper they use regularly there are literally thousands of tonnes of paper stored in files that will never be used again.
By hosting a Schools Friday File Fling on or around Friday 14th November you can de-clutter, get good quality office paper back into circulation and engage your colleagues and students in an easy to organise and fun event. It's as easy as registering your Fling and setting some time aside to go through and recycle files. You could also add another environmental activity to the Fling or make it a social event.
The first 1,000 workplaces (including schools) that register before 14th November receive a free ream of Reflex White 100% Recycled paper to trial.
